The challanges we face

Recent Posts

When I look back at my life, I just want to cry. I have gone through some hard times lately and I have gotten through them. I have taken the WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) workshop and it has chnged my life. At one point in my life, people had to make decisions for me and I have little or no input. My WRAP plan drives my treatment now. Today Im not in the state hospital. I am volunteering at a peer run drop-in center. I am slowly getting my life back. I would strongly recomend that people take WRAP if they get the chance. It has for sure changed my life.

I'm so glad WRAP has worked for you.  Many factors which make us relapse are not in our conscious awareness.  WRAP makes us aware of those factors so we stop the relapse cycle. My diagnosis is recurrent major depression, PTSD.   I work full time and also do volunteer work at my clubhouse teaching members and staff how to use the computers and the internet.  I'm really thankful for this Network of Care Site and am teaching members how to use it.  Keep yourself busy helping others.  That's the way to go.  Good luck to you.  God bless.

Aloha, Sylvia

It's great to see that you move on with your life and happy right now and thanks for sharing your experience with us regarding WRAP. There are many people who are having hard times in their life. I hope they will definitely follow this workshop.
