What is the best time to abandon iron arrows?

It's come to my attention that OSRS GP nearly 4/7 of players have skillcapes nowadays. I've decided to craft my own skillcape. I've also noticed something else. Combat abilities can range from to 99 in the majority of cases for greater precision, longer duration of battle and better hitting. These "skills", rather than quests, are much simpler to master. You can earn more xp by completing a task that is related to these abilities. Here's my conclusion that woodcutting, firemaking or fletching are not as widespread as they used to be. It's remarkable how many people are able to master these skills. Here's the chart of rarity (1-10 is rarest, 10 is the most common)

Ok, can you let me know what skill I have forgotten? And please don't be afraid to ask questions. Remember that this is based on my observations of a month of skillcape watching. I kept track of every skill cape I watched and recorded the details. GotWater, I had the impression that I was missing one.

Also, I've got some questions. I currently use the longrange method since I am at a low defense level. Is this a good strategy? Should I separate the two?

I am striving to turn range into my primary combat ability (getting the combat level using range levels). At the moment, I have four range levels to go before I am able to reach a combat level. However, I was going to play Dragon Slayer which, when I complete it, would allow me to become a warlord again. My issue is that my hitpoints are growing, which causes my range to not reach combat levels. This means I am far behind my clan's combat level. Solution there?

What is the best time to runescape 2007 gold abandon iron arrows? I have 44 range, use a yew with iron arrows, and all of my "buddies" have told me to utilize steel-addy Arrows. But, I have a lot iron arrows, and I'm able to only flytch iron Arrows for now.
