One hundred years ago, Lumbridge was chosen to host a highly-prioritized meeting which included Franizzard Van Lumbcook tasked with cooking a grand meal to celebrate the occasion.
Lumbridge is scheduled for another such meeting, but this time the chef, who took over this job from his father Franizzard, has asked the player for assistance.
All players who finish each subquest are welcomed to The Feast (boss fight). This event would mark the 10th Lumbridge gathering in the past hundred years. The chef is planning to recreate a dish made by one of his ancestral ancestors.
The player must gather the required ingredients for the dish. The chef requires Rotten tomato Eye of Newt Dirty Blast, a glass of Greenman's Ale, and Eye of Newt.
Other than the Rotten tomatoes, it is available only through Pelters' Veg Stall behind the General Store in Varrock and Emir's Arena bank chest in Al Kharid, all ingredients can be obtained via using the Grand Exchange.

The feast will start in the dining hall once all ingredients have been given by the cook. To begin the next chapter, the reader must enter the dining room.
Once inside the room when they enter the room, the players will be with the Lumbridge council. The council is made up by the Lumbridge Guide Evil Dave, Pirate Pete, Osman, Awowogei, the goblin generals, Duke Horacio, Sir Amik Varze, Mountain, Skrach Uglogwee, as well as the late arrival, Gypsy Aris.
Before the arrival of the player, Evil Bob will escort Osman out of the dining room, then the Duke will arrive, carrying a mysterious box. The Culinaromancer will be born because of an abundance of food available during the meal.
He is said to draw strength from food and plans to dismantle his council called the Lumbridge Council as the first step on his path to global dominance.

According to Gypsy Aris, after threatening the secret council by committing suicide 100 years ago the Culinaromancer was locked in a different reality by Duke Horacio's servant.
The person in that case was actually an uncle of the cook currently who had been assigned the permanent job of preparing meals during the celebration.
The cook was able to call the Culinaromancer by using the old recipe that was used to prepare the feast this year.
The player is tasked to quickly deal with the Culinaromancer as the Gypsy Aris Time-bending magic could cause harm to the real world.
To liberate the members of the council from the Culinaromancer's spell, the player has to feed them their preferred food item.
Afterward, the members are then teleported back to safety by Gypsy Aris. They can be done in any sequence, and each one will earn you one quest-point that is used to open the Culinomancer's Chest or receive different rewards.
Recipe for disaster: Culinaromancer Boss Fight
The Culinaromancer is able to escape into his dimension leaving behind a portal. The boss uses Magic and Melee, with a 75 Combat level and no defense.
However, his Magic attack has a 33% chance of hitting an opponent with the maximum hit of 25 points. Thus, lower levels should stay out of the boss's attack area and take damage from a distance or employ freeze and stun spells.
Ultimate Ironmen should first commit suicide in the nettles in Edgeville and then only the food and weapons needed for defeating the Culinaromancer.
Once beating the Culinaromancer After defeating the Culinaromancer, players are able to quit the boss's territory and return with no loss of progress. Additionally Prayer spells are not allowed. Prayer spell is limited to the Culinaromancer boss fight.
The Story of the Recipe for Disaster
It is said that the Cook in Lumbridge has a finite amount of ingredients for cooking because of the constant flow of people stealing his cooking equipment from the kitchen.
Luckily, he used have an assistant willing to help him out in this situation before their relationship fell apart and now they need to play each other. The most skilled players will be able to put an end to this issue once and for all.
The Cook
The cook is cooking for the celebration in Lumbridge. He informs the participant that 100 years ago there was a major gathering which his ancestor had cooked delicious food that they gave him and his descendants' jobs as chefs at the castle forever. This huge gathering occurs every ten years to celebrate their anniversary. So he needs help gathering ingredients once more (even though it's been over 90 since).
