Patient Navigator to help veterans with VA healthcare

Hello everyone!  I'm here in Maryland and I have just taken a job as a Patient Navigator.  My job is to help veterans realize and access their VA healthcare benefits.  Living in a rural area like I do, my job was especially designed because rural veterans don't have the same accessibility as do urban veterans--but they are just as deserving.

If any of you are or know veterans in southern Maryland, blog me.  This is one way that I would like to get the word out about what I do.  If you have any questions, just ask.  I wish you all well!
