Comment I left on another post in response to some positive feedback, "There is a way to break the cycle, awareness of these states of minds; learning our triggers, examining our beliefs, a willingness to engage and assert a mindful temperament without shutting people out." I figured I gotta come clean with ya, I'm not talking to anyone. Except right here, and who come bang on every dang window in the house...two people I can think of...damn it, hate that crap. Make me open the f-ing door...working on that one myself right now, I'm not calling people, not answering the phone - really pissing people off...so yeah I hear me...blah, blah, blah...
