In the event the product's price is trending down

In the event the product's price is trending down I'll purchase for min cost and instantly sell at max price whilst still purchasing at min. My reasoning for doing this is because if I wait the sometimes 10 mins to max buy a product that is going down, the maximum will decrease in that moment.

Now how I determine the"true" maximum and min. I purchase 10 of a product for way within the actual cost, then sell for way beneath the true price. It will give me money back when I buy for way over. Then it will tell me how much it really purchased. When I sell for way below, it is going to give me much more than I requested, because that is the current min price. This will give me the current max and min (more precise than the chart ) and informs me when an item starts to crash before a graph tells me. So what exactly do you do? Can you review me in any way?

Killing Dragons is possibly the best money making process atm because pretty much anybody with decent stats may kill Dragons. In your case together with your stats it's a piece of cake. So basically your options are: Green dragons - Situated in the Wilderness as I am sure you know, it's easy to find an empty universe because quite a great deal of folks do not kill Greens out of fear of being PKed; Blue dragons - Extremely simple to kill, Taverley is generally crowded and so is your Heroes guild but it's not overly difficult to get an empty universe. W117 Heroes guild is generally vacant.

And if you have level 60 Dungeoneering you can get Taverley resource dungeon; Red dragons - Not really recommended because Red dragons can only be found in 2 places if I'm not mistaken: Red dragon island at the Wilderness and Brimhaven dungeon and both are far from a bank; Black dragons - Taverley is busy everywhere I would not even bother so Zanaris is the very best option imo; Metal dragons - Not much to mention here, all metallic dragons are in the Brimhaven dungeon (Mithril dragons being the sole exception) and are not too difficult to kill and also have fairly decent drops; Frost dragons - 85 Dungeoneering demanded so it is not really an alternative for you right now unless you feel like coaching Dungeoneering. You can also try to make money with Slayer but unless you get Dragon tasks all the time I am pretty sure you'll earn more money just killing Dragons.
