Those in the best possible position to do more are the assumed great cops by no longer staying quiet and allowing bad cops to get away with their misuse of power or voting for better direction for their marriages that will not enable the behaviour. However, of course it is just words. Companies will only ever do these things once public opinion has turned into one way. Because after decades of corporations doing things for the wrong reason, people are very cynical.
