I just spent months with Embera Indians, making new friends and learning new things.

We see these manufactured fights globally, such as this group or that saying their music or food is ‘appropriated.’ Those making these claims are nearly always just suckers in a bigger game. They do not seem to realize they are suckers or expendables on someone else’s playing board.

For instance the music fight between some people in Malaysia and Indonesia, or others who become angry at light-skinned people playing ‘black’ music in America. All part of a bigger game. Suckers. Unwitting soldiers drafted into secret wars — GIANT but mostly secret, unless you slow down and look.

The nonsense in this article is information combat in form of ‘cultural appropriation' claims. Embera Indians WANT you to buy their excellent crafts. They make a lot of money.
