Theres nothing I could do, and Theres no official service email I could contact, I think I lost my precious account. Please, if anyone has an idea to solve this issue I would really like to listen to it.

If anyone is in precisely the same situation, attempt to reset your password through the site and see if you get an email, if you do, thats good, reset your password and see if that disables the Auth, in case you dont then check all of your email folders or believe if you registered using a different email. Second, go through runescape's account retrieval and make sure to put in your ingame username and not.

So I get this problem ought to be fixable without the authenticator app and concur that jagex should have some type of support to help you but you could just re-download the authenticator couldnt you? Oh trust me! But the authenticator doesnt"create an account" indefinitely for you so that you can log out and log in whenever you please, its like an account that gets generated once but once you delete the app you cant log back in, there isnt even an choice to log in/log outside, its pretty weird.
