Mantle of Channeling The reward granted by this item

Patch 2.6.8. We're adding 3(!) new class sets with D2R Items similar goals to those that we introduced in the previous patch. Each set was created with boosting long-requested skills and play styles we lifted directly from community feedback. 

Frenzy, Spirit Barrage, and Hydra were the most requested items that gave lots of possibilities for gameplay exploration, and we're looking forward to the possibilities players have using these new tools with which they are equipped.

Additionally, changes to the associated supplemental Legendaries have been included to enhance these builds. It's crucial when providing feedback on these sets to mention whether or not you were taking advantage of this Season 20 buff during your testing; while any feedback you can provide is welcome, we're more looking for non-seasonal tests as that will better reflect the longer-term performance of these sets.
