RuneScape is among the pioneers of RuneScape Gold the MMORPG genre. It's currently regarded as one of the longest-running games on the market ever since it was first released on January 1, 2001. The game was originally a browser-based one, but has seen a variety of different versions with a huge number of players.
The game is a cross between Old School RuneScape offering players the the classic 2006 experience as well as the short-lived DarkScape offering players a more PvP-based game. Today, developer Jagex has joined forces with board game developer Steamforged Games to release not just one, but two tabletop games throughout the year of 2022.
Steamforged Games' collaboration along with Jagex is the most recent in a lengthy string of collaborations that bring some of gaming's biggest franchises into a tabletop environment. The tabletop gaming juggernaut has developed board games on popular series such as Monster Hunter World and Dark Souls and recently finished an extremely successful Kickstarter campaign for a Resident Evil 2 board game which raised over 1 million pounds during the course of the year.

The two RPG adaptations will have many of RuneScape's most famous characters and locations, allowing a group with up to five players to play classic quests taken from RuneScape while bringing adventure within this world called Gielinor home.
Players will be able craft and upgrade their equipment. They can also interact with NPCs and undertake various side quests inspired by classic MMORPG. The board game will go live with a Kickstarter campaign later in the year. The core tabletop RPG book is scheduled to OSRS Fire Cape Buy go on sale immediately.
