How to Get Relics in Nightreign:

Complete Expeditions:
The primary way to earn Relics is by completing expeditions during your run. You will earn new Relics regardless of whether you win or Elden Ring Items lose, though the quality of the Relics depends on how far you progress in the three-day cycle.
Day 1 Loss: You’ll receive basic Relics.
Day 3 Completion: You’ll earn more advanced and potentially more powerful Relics, as well as additional rewards.
Murk (Currency):
After completing an expedition, you'll also receive Murk, a currency that can be used for various purposes, including the purchase of additional Relics or performing Relic Rites.
Murk can be earned by progressing through expeditions and by selling unwanted Relics.
Relic Rites:
Once you’ve obtained Relics, you can visit the Relic Rites Table located in the Roundtable Hold. Here, you can equip the Relics to your Nightfarer and customize your character’s loadout.
Relic Rites allow you to switch around the color coding for each Nightfarer, which influences the types of Relics they can equip. For example, each Nightfarer has specific colored slots (Red, Green, Yellow, Blue), and you’ll need to match Relics to these colored slots for them to work.
Example of Relic Slots:
Wylder: Red - Red - Blue
Guardian: Red - Red - Yellow
Duchess: Green - Green - Green
Recluse: Green - Green - Red
Tips for Getting Better Relics:
The further you progress in the run, especially as you move into Day 2 and Day 3, the better Relics you’ll receive. While you can still earn some decent Relics early on, the real value comes from completing later-day boss fights.
After defeating a boss, you can choose from three rewards:
A better weapon
A stat buff
A special ability (which may include a new Relic)
