Quit with or without a Patch, or Pill?

Aloha, I have noticed, that most all of this sites blogs so far; are of the military type. I hope this blog can be of use to all other bloggers.

I used to know a lot of military years ago, most smoked. What do you think, is there still a high rate of smoking -VS- nonsmoking?

How many smokers,  from any background, feel the need being squeezed into you, that one way or another, you are going to have to

quit?

The price is thru the roof, you cannot relax in a pub, nor bar, and smoke while you are drilling someone at pool. Making them wish the

had not bet against you an the eight ball.

Even when you are apartment hunting; you have to wear a patch, so they think that you really don't smoke. What kind of weird have we

created here?

I have been 5 days without a smoke, 2 days out of 5 I used a patch. God knows I don't want to quit dragging on my ***, just to end up

with a patch a day habbit. How backwards is this kettle of fish. Discrimination, in a truly "sin tax" 360 spun way. It is so backwards,

there is no help.

So, I am trying to stay off the cig, the patch, the gum, and the sucker. Not an easy road. Anyone else out there trying to forge up this hill?

Come on along, I think together, and a lot of colorful complaining, might just be the biggest help we need, to reach our goal!!!!

Aloha & Mahalo.......Brenda K.
