It may be the death of a thousand cuts, but in my opinion this is one of those cuts -- and a deep and dangerous one. Nothing can be done to rectify the gross miscarriage of justice done; but, things can be done to prevent future wounds by removing this person from the bench. It is my opinion that he is not only unfit for the office he holds, but is unworthy to wear any uniform -- even that of a dog catcher -- in the United States. LW
