A recap of the epic battle between good and lameness that took place in the greater Obama Town area this weekend. All the anti-war groups have a War is not the ANSWER-fest on the anniversary of the Iraq invasion, which was Saturday. Well this year they also are a little chafed about the naked little leaker Bradley down at Quantico so they were planning to visit him on Sunday, and the whole thing kicked off on Friday night where the Freepers have been squaring off against the Code Pinkos for years. The intro vid for that is here, and the Freeper after action report is here. Concrete Bob live-streamed the event and there were good times all around. Saturday was Lafayette Park across from the White House, and it was quite a festive atmosphere with pink loons, a Truther Heffalumps and every flavor of moonbat you could imagine. The coolest protest art was a very realistic Predator drone, although the guy who made it thought it was cool because of the repression and death it represented, and I thought it was cool because of just the death part. All stills and video for next two films made by UJ(p) in conjunction w/ me and Bob. But the crowning glory, the piece de resistance came on Sunday. SKK channeled her inner hippie and transmogrified into B5's intrepid reporter Athena Vitamin, which tracks nicely with Medea Benjamin, head harridan for the Pinkos. So clad in her Ho Chi Minh t-shirt, my Che Lives pin and her trusty water bottle microphone she went a newsing, and yes she made them all speak into the bottle. So the two of us punged into the patchouli-drenched mob for some Q&A and she was freakin' deadly. My two favorite parts were when Mr. Fabulous walks away after the jailhouse interview, and when she completely flummoxes the kid about monopoly capitalism, the game? The audio for the intro is awful and that's my bad, but it gets better and it's totally worth it. The Gang of Reprobates #Winning.
