How about an "I wouldn't fly there" zone?

There are all kinds of folks trying to say it is way too hard to set up a no fly zone in Libya. Most of it is just blowing smoke, but let's point out that the goal doesn't have to be to blanket the country with an aerial spiderweb so nothing can lift off the ground. All we really need to do is convince them that flying could be very hazardous to their health. That can be done quite simply by running some of them newfangled F-22s we already own on a ghost run through Gaddafi-Land, if anything pops up they wax it. If not they just turn on all their electronics on their way out and blow their minds. Or since we know where the planes live, and our President didn't seem to think that an aircraft carrier might be useful a month ago when this started, couldn't we do a Ronny RayGun redux and send in a swarm or two of cruise missiles. Planes that have been blowed the heck up are by definition "no fliers", and it is quite the recruiting tool for defectors. These are just the really simple ways we could create an "I wouldn't fly there" zone. Feel free to freestyle in the comments as to motivator/demotivators for the Libyan pilotry.
