Of course they will talk about some other things, but you can be certain that their ownership of America will be discussed. We have lost almost all of our ability to pressure the Chinese in any meaningful way. That means our allies in Asia, Korea, Japan & Taiwan particularly can't count on us stopping Chinese moves to dominate the region, both economically and strategically. None of that is good news for us, and those are hardly the only cards China is playing against us. They have torpedoed any meaningfull sanctions against the Iranians, they are trying to gathder support for replacing the dollar with the renminbi as the world's reserve currency, they are building large expeditionary-capable military forces including a blue water Navy and 5th Gen stealth fighters for their Air Force. What are our responses to this? Well first of all we start hacking at the defense budget like it's kudzu and it doesn't matter what we cut. Plus we pass a giant healthcare entiltlement that will cause us to need even more freighter loads of cash to float across the Pacific. You can be certain that Hu Jintao is making that point quite forcefully as he tells O "Mighty nice currency you got there. Be a shame if anything happened to it". What do you think the odds of us getting Chinese help on much of anything is? Between slim and none, and slim just left. SNL captured this pitiful scene perfectly earlier this year.
