Our neighbors to the north have been at our side through thick and thin in Afghanistan. We've highlighted many of their exploits and courage via Paul Kesterson who embedded with them and through photos and video. But not through blogs... Master Corporal (retired) Paul Franklin has a military blog that I think you'll find very interesting, informative, and even inspirational. Frankling was hit and lost both legs to a VBIED in Afghanistan. He currently does a lot of work with vets who have lost their limbs, and has set up a charity towards that end. He's also had a book written about his experiences after being hit. Here's a photo of MCpl Franklin with his son and the Chief of Defense, General Hillier. I think you'll recognize the guy on the right (we're all fans of his). So, lock on to this military blog. I think you'll find it worthy of your valuable time.
