From my most recent Human Events piece: Upon entering the United States Armed Forces, federal law requires everyone to swear the oath of enlistment. But when we swear the oath, just what are we obligated to – and for how long? It is up to you. If you say "someone should do something," realize that you are the someone that 309,000,000 other Americans are referring to when they say the same thing.
