Most people didn't need an object lesson in why trying terrorists in a Federal court was a fools game, but we get one none the less. From the Long War Journal: A US federal judge has ordered the release of a top al Qaeda recruiter for the 9/11 attacks from custody at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility in Cuba. I can't wait to try KSM and any other malignant bastards we capture in this foolproof system Holder has chosen. We need to wake up and get the terrorists, who are at war with us, into a military tribunal system.
