That's what fightin' Joe Biden says in Iraq... Not sure if that is a legal appeal or he is going to turn loose the magic ninja squads, but the comment, timing, and location blow. For once I find myself in complete agreement with President Obama in that Joe needs a muzzle. To appeal would be a complete travesty of justice, and clear indicator of the administration's commitment to the Rule of Law. LW
