The latest quake wakes Team Rubicon early. The entire team is safe and will begin its Day 3 operations at 0800. They learned it was a 6.1. Epicenter of unknown origin. For many of the team, it their first earthquake. Air traffic has resumed from the Port au Prince airport. Structural damage at the JRS compound worsened but remains standing. Team Rubicon firefighters will conduct a structural assessment of the General Hospital this AM.
