Bob McCarty reports on a new technology that is far superior to polygraphs that we have not put into use yet. The reasons why are not particularly good either. Polygraphs are unreliable and certainly spoofable, not that we ever spent any time in the team room practicing. While many would find it difficult to recognize anything positive in those two recent security breakdowns that prompted a presidential news conference Thursday, Chapman sees opportunity.
