Well, down in my short little post on Mike Yon's latest problems with the Border Bullies as he calls them, Johnnie von Bernhardi pops up to accuse Mike of lying, and me and all conservatives of flying off the handle. Since he hasn't posted since July, I did a little digging and found that he and Nicole both post from the same domain, have similar styles, and appear to both work for the Department of Homeland Security. Interesting and interestinger. A little searching on the domain 204.248.24.164 yields: IP Information - 204.248.24.164 IP address: 204.248.24.164 Reverse DNS: sbcp5.dhs.gov. Reverse DNS authenticity: [Verified] ASN: 15147 ASN Name: DHSINETNOC IP range connectivity: 1 Registrar (per ASN): ARIN Country (per IP registrar): US [United States] Country Currency: USD [United States Dollars] Country IP Range: 204.248.0.0 to 204.255.255.255 Country fraud profile: Normal City (per outside source): Unknown Country (per outside source): -- [] Private (internal) IP? No IP address registrar: whois.arin.net Known Proxy? No Link for WHOIS: 204.248.24.164 and this: DNS Records Base Record Name IP Reverse Route AS sbcp5.dhs.gov a 204.248.24.164 United States 204.248.24.0/24 AS15147 E-VEND e-Vend.net Corporation That domain also shows up in a torrent trap as outlined here and here. Some further information is here. So, Nicole/Johnnie works for DHS. Wonder what the bosses will think of the postings? LW
