Since we blathered on yesterday about DHS keyword list, and you all decided to publish the list everywhere... let's see how their *image* scanning is working out.
Good staff officers never throw anything away. Completely unclass, not even an FOUO marking on it. And it came in handy recently for something I'm working on.
The data in this book has been tweaked so that it's "not quite right" and therefore unclassified. This was used for training exercises, since the real data is highly classified. In terms of military employment, the data is wrenched enough that it would negatively impact military considerations in terms of accuracy and damage. But it's instructive as insight to what targeting considerations are.
