SAN DIEGO (March 10, 2012) Former President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter receive an ovation during a lunch hosted aboard amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5). President Carter and his foundation's nearly 250 guests and flag officers, hosted by U.S. Third Fleet's Vice Adm.
