Amazon plays the "Not me!" card on this one - blaming the publisher (which I have no reason to suspect is not true).
Of course, I'm offended that with all the excoriation I threw Rumsfeld's way on the blog over the years, I wasn't offered a review copy of his new book. I mean, what's the point of being a micro-pundit if you can't score review books? 8^ D
Simon and Schuster lurve me. The Naval Institute Press lurves me Sentinel HC? No lurve.
