They aren't common here at Fort Leavenworth, but they've happened a few times thus far in war.
Just got back from one for SFC Charles Sadell, from my hometown of Columbia, Mo and who had served here in BCTP Ops Group Alpha prior to deploying to Afstan with the 10th Mountain. Wounded in early October, he died of his wounds last week at Bethesda. He was a close friend and co-worker with my current cube-mate while they served together in Ops Group.
The aircraft arrived early - which means the Phelps' missed it.
