I'm going to throw some chum into the water right now. I find the idea that Islam should be destroyed or all Muslims killed or somehow, some way made to be something other than Muslim or sent into detainment camps so offensive that it drives me very near to breaking this blog's rules and throwing out the idea of free and reasoned debate to tell you what I really think about those suggestions.
