He hasn't actually DONE anything, besides say the kinds of things that the kinds of people who sit on the Nobel committee like to hear, and, of course, not being GWB. Which is probably the most important thing, in the committee's minds.I mean, come one, "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between people's?" The people of Afghanistan sure as hell aren't sure about whether he'll cooperate with them. Or maybe they mean cooperation with Iran and North Korea...
