And compare and contrast the following ideas... The Left hates the Confederate flag, though it's not illegal to own one or fly it. There are one or two that fly out here in the county. Not here, we fly our own flag along with the national and state flags. The Left periodically gets in a snit about the rebel battleflag because flying it is insensitive to the descendents of a group of people who were traumatized by the actions of people who fought under or supported that banner.
